A hazed murky golden ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice fruity malt with nice Brett, ground cherries very nice and complex. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light ground cherry, light Brett, light lactic notes, very nice and complex. Bottle at Lupulus.

Sampled during St Crispin's Day Feast, paired with Lamb Ribbon Salad. Hazy yellow color small white head. Aroma of lightly earthy straw and citrus. Taste has moderate funk and tartness, lightly earthy overripe lemon. Very flavorful and paired well with the smoked lamb belly.
