Bottle, pours clear deep mahogany with a small tan head and good lacing.. Aroma is toasted nuts, medium roast, oak, vannillins, caramel, toffee. Flavour light plus sweet, light plus bitter. Medium body.

Bottle at Struan house. Pours deep ruby, nose is raspberry, strawberry, caramel, toffee, vanilla, coconut, taste is sweet toffee, fruity, vanilla, coconut, little bit of roast. 8/9/9/8/8

Slight haze, not head, fair bit of alcohol, sweetish, a bit headsy, some wood, sweet and a bit simple.

12 oz. bottle, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma is full of toasted nuts, medium roast, oak, and attenuated out dark sugars. Flavour is full of dry toasted oak, whiskey barrels, medium roast, and a hint of vanillin. Fairly dry, finishing with plenty of whiskey and toasted oak, with minimal sugars. Excellent.

Bottle. Dark mahogany beer with a tan head. Bourbon and caramel aroma with toffee. Bourbon and caramel flavor with dark fruits. Medium-plus bodied. Bourbon and caramel linger with dark fruit and light toffee.
