Originally bottled in Thailand but small batch, Cambodian brewed, keg version released early 2019. Pouring dark chocolate in colour, this porter has a subtle coffee and chocolate backbone without finishing heavy or sweet. We use an American Ale yeast to brighten the finish and accentuate the hops. Pale, Crystal, Chocolate and Black malts. Columbus and EKG hops.

33cl bottle shared at the Fat cow. Thick creamy tan head. Clear almost black pour. Very choclatey.

Bottle @The Fat Cow, Bangkok with jmgreenuk and deanso. Black with beige head. Aroma has coffee and dark choc. Sweet flavour, coffee and dark choc. Finishes roasted and dry.

Bottle at Dog Step, Bangkok. Poured a hazy dark brown colour with a thin light bubbly tan head. The aroma is roasty malt, creamy caramel, some milky lactose. The flavour is liqourice bitter with a dry roasty smoke, charcoal, hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with lively carbonation.

Bottle shared at Dog Step, Bangkok. Dark brown with a tan head. Aroma of roast, dark chocolate, malt and caramel. Flavour is moderate sweet and above moderate bitter. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation.
