Tap at the Black Hoof. Clear yellow pour, no head. Not as funky as I expected but there was some funk and tartness for sure. The apples seems a but musty, some honey, and crisp apple skins with some funk, and slight sour notes. Not bad, not great. But still refreshing and crisp.

Staff recommendation at Bar Hop Brewco. Slightly hazy yellow color, still. Aroma of dusty apple peel. Taste is bone dry earthy fruit. Delicious.

A lightly hazed golden cider with aroma of tart apples, light Brett, light lactic notes, very nice and funky. In mouth, tart apples with light acidity, light Brett, light lactic notes, apple skins, very nice. Cask Days 2016.

Tap at Bellwoods. A clear straw gold with a rich tart apple aroma and a nice flavor of umeshu and apple. Really interesting.

(On tap @ Bar Hop Brewco, Jan 6 2016) Pours clear straw gold with basically no head. Aroma of heavy sweaty Brett with semisweet apples, a little white grape, dry wood, yeast is a bit dusty. Flavour is a little sweeter with Apple, slight orange, a bit of sweaty Brett, citrus acidity light in the finish. Semi dry and lightly tart. Light-medium body with very light carbonation. Would have liked it a bit drier to let the Brett shine on the palate, but a good cider/funk blend nonetheless.
