Cask Days 2018. Hazy yellow pour, medium white head. Very grassy, with some solid citrus notes, but not too in your face. Its mingling very well with the cereals, and pale malts. Very well balanced, with a lovely floral finish, and light to medium bitterness. refreshing, and crisp, slightly dry, great stuff.

On tap at Burdock TO. Clear pale green gold colour lasting white head. Good light pilsner Needs more malt. But decent pilsner flavour

A hazed light blonde pilsner with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, crisp biscuit malt with grassy German hops, light mineral, light treacle, nice and classic. In mouth, a nice crisp biscuit malt with German hops, light mineral notes, very nice and to style. On tap at Brother's Beer Bistro.

Draft at the source. Hazy yellow color fluffy head. Peppery hay aroma. Taste is lightly bitter lemon pepper
