Sample courtesy of Cheeseboard, cheers Simon! Hazy gold colour, bubbly white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of apple, fruit, mucky funk. Taste is sweet, apple, fruity, funk with some soft tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium dry fruity finish. Quite drinkable.

500 ml bottle from Darts Fram, Topsham. POurs clear mid gold with opaque bubbles. Fresh, clean, orchard apples. Minor caramel. Not too much complexity. Dry finish
