From a 12 oz can. Pours black with tan head. Aromas are of roast nuts and cocoa. Flavors are fairly sweet chocolate with a fair amount of bitter roast notes. Pretty nice porter.

Black with a creamy, beige head. Coffee grounds aroma with a touch of fudge. Taste is roasted bitter, full of coffee with a hint of sweetness at the finish. Medium-bodied, mild carbonation. Decent.

Can taken away from the Bedford Beer Festival 2018, drunk at home. Dark purplish brown, opaque with almost no head. There's lots and lots of coffee in the aroma. And paper strangely. Like brewing coffee with a filter coffee. Maybe a touch of blackberry as well. Sweet flavour with some peppery hop in the background. Bitterness asserts a bit more in the finish, giving it a rounded balance. Carbonation not too intrusive. A really impressive beer and a new state for me. What's not to like?

Can, sample. Tasted on the 17/03/2018 at BCN Beerfest. Almost black with a small head. Lots of roasted malts and chipotle peppers on the nose. Really deep. Taste is chipotle, roasty and smoked malts. Dry and well balanced finish. Next one please!

Draft at the source. Dark ruby brown color beige head. Aroma of fruity coffee. Taste is very earthy bitter coffee grounds. Tastiest beer of the session, and the only coffee beer I found in town.
