Full-bodied, bright and floral.
It has taken The Cider Farm over six years to plant and grow enough Dabinett trees to release this prized single varietal cider. The Cabinet apple is one of a very few that is balanced enough to produce a remarkable cider from a single variety. This cider is an anomaly in that it is full-bodied yet bright and floral. A great demonstration of how rare and special ingredients produce a rare and special taste.

Why is this only 5%? Stop watering shit down.
Clear, nice clarity, pale copper, lingering sizzle head.
Scent is pedestrian bittersweet, oaky, sweet apple juice, Red Delicious floral, doesn't seem like Dabinett at all. Nothing bad about it.
Taste is juicy grocery skin, bittersweet leaning sweet, a little spice, pepper, bitey vegetal. Very mellow tannins, a little parches but nothing as intense as Dabinett. Way more positive acid than a Dabinett & really makes me feel that this is a blend.
Crispy, juicy, coating, watery.
Pedestrian with an extra key.
