A new take on our dessert stout series! This time, we drew inspiration from a viral Dubai chocolate. We packed this beer with massive amounts of cocoa nibs, pistachios, and sesame seeds!

Semmi hab, fekete szín. Csokis, enyhén pisztáciás, kissé földes, picit kávés illat. Enyhén édeskés, csokis, kakaóporos, pisztáciás, enyhén szezámos és kávés ízek, némi aszalt gyümölccsel. Testes, enyhén szénsavas, alig keserű. Finom desszertsör.

Can 500ml @ gunnfryd. Pours black with a small tan head. Aroma has notes of roasted malt chocolate, nutty and caramel. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with a long chocolate, pistachio, caramel and malty finish.

Review based on the BJCP2021 guidelines (style 30A: pistachio, cocoa nibs and sesame / 31B: lactose - Base: 20C). can 50 cl - Batch 00288 (BB: 26.06.2027). AROMA: medium-high chocolate aroma with faint traces of roasted malts and metal. medium-low alcoholic aroma. APPEARANCE: very dark brown color and opaque. ver thin light brown head with no retention. TASTE: medium chocolate flavor with a sweet character, slight roastiness from dark malts and a low vinous character. low bitterness with a sweet that evolves into a semi-dry finish with slight sweetness. MOUTHFELL: full body with low carbonation. OVERALL: an imperial stout with added cocoa nibs, pistachio and sesame but where only the cocoa was detected.

Aroma: Dark roasted malt with chocolate and pistachio. Flavour: Very sweet with cocoa and pistachio and light bitterness. Aftertaste is very sweet. Mouthfeel is very oily.

Murky light black topped with a thin khaki cap that dissipates to a swirl.
Nose is chocolate shavings, dark malts, spice, charr, mellow roast.
Taste comprises decadent chocolate, cacao nibs, light spice, charr, mellow roast, nutty tones.
Medium bodied with bite, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light rising boost.
Fun enough pastry.

Can. Near clear dark brown beer, a few tan bubbles die back quickly, no danger of a head here. Smooth palate, very slightly viscous, decent fine carbonation. Smooth dark malts, a lovely and fairly light fairy cakey dark chocolate, sweet but not that sweet as you would expect from dark chocolate. Soft but reasonably savoury pistachio. A little fruity dark chocolate on the back end. Nice. Light and crushable for the hefty abv and does a decent job of delivering it's concept. The bottom half of the can is much nuttier.
