Sample courtesy of Cheeseboard, cheers Simon! Golden colour, white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of apple, fruit, baked notes. Taste is sweet, appley, alittle fruit, funk, slight tartness and hint of tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium sweet finish. Quite drinkable.

Bottle from Darts Farm, Topsham. Pours mid gold with dissaping opaque bubbles. Mild caramel. Eating apple sweetness. Medium body with spritzy carbonation. Simple. Fair.
