Diep donkerbruin bier met weinig schuim.
Aroma van bourbon en rozijnen.
Smaak van rum, gebrande mout, salmiak en is zoet.
Nasmaak is enigszins koffie-achtig.

On tap at Van Moll fest. Pours a very dark brown will short foamy head. Aromas of woody Cachaca, dry caramel, dark fruit and toasted malts. Flavors follow same will creamy dark fruit and a bit of vanilla. Lovely integration of the Cachaca barrel.

A: hazy brown, thinning, off-white head.
A: candied date, raisin, red apple, aniseed, brown sugar, liqueur.
T: sweet date & raisin, caramel, liquorice.
F: herbal hops, dried fruits, slightly harshly bitter and soapy aniseed, warming liqueur-like alcohol.
P: medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation.
Odd herbal profile, can't say I really like it.

Bottle shared at "ZZT nieuw leven in blazen"-tasting. Darkish red to brown color, small white to off-white head. Aroma and flavor are malts, booze, liquor, can't describe it properly. Alright though.
