Born from Nottinghamshire orchards and nurtured in an old whiskey barrel. Nine months in oak have transformed the crisp apple base into a complex and layered drink.
Subtle notes of oak, vanilla and a gentle warmth, complement the natural fruitiness of the cider. A truly distinctive and refined drinking experience.
Pairs perfectly with mature cheeses and roasted meats.

750ml bottle from Wolds Wine. Slightly hazed yellow gold colour, thin bubbly rim and aroma of apple, wood barrel, oak, vanilla. Taste is fruity, appley, with oak, vanilla, wood notes, some tropical & melon hints, alittle butterscotch and drying tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tannic oaky finish. Nicely drinkable.
