A collaboration between some of our favourite hop suppliers: Loughran Brewers Select and Indie Hops. Together we designed this incredible West Coast Pilsner. Clean, clear and crisp. Strata, Luminosa and Audacia hops combine to create a fruity yet slightly bitter Pilsner that is both refreshing and more-ish.

440ml can. Almost clear golden, white head. Aroma of citrus, grapefruit and lemon, grassy. Taste is very hoppy, IPL levels here, lots of citrus, grapefruit, mandarin, grassy, herbal, passionfruit, good bitterness. Medium bodied, crisp and clean. Great pils, a very hoppy one at that.

Draught at the Black Iris taphouse. Pours lightish yellow gold, clear with an uneven white head. Gentle aroma with fruity hop character: some lemon, a little melon and white grapefruit.,maybe a touch of lychee. A modest sweetness in the initial sip, followed by a reasonably intense hop bitter with slight spice which lingers in the roof of the mouth. Light body with soft to medium carbonation. A very subtle beer but a gorgeous one.
