Petit Blanc Hazy IPA with Grapes
Beers from the ”Hops Around The World” series are like a ticket for a journey around the world of hops! This time we return to Europe, and more specifically to France, which is not commonly associated with beer.
Ingredients: water, barley malt, wheat malt, NFC grape juice, oat flakes, wheat malt, hops, grape peel powder (Phantasm Thiol Powder), yeast.
Beer: pale, unfiltered, pasteurized.
Recommended drinking temp.: 7-10°C
Glass: IPA glass
Bitterness: 2/6

A hazy bright golden yellow beer with a white lacing. Aroma of dry yellow stone fruits, apricot, yeast. Taste of dry juicy hops, yellow stone fruits, apricot, mild bitterness.
