19th June 2026Dealing With The Devil again tasting at CBJ. Thanks to Colin. Hazy orange gold beer, small pale cream head. Airy smooth palate, a mild dryness, decent fine carbonation. Smooth pale malts, a mild but forward creamy sweetness. Soft pine. Modest citrus fruits, some ripe peel. Soft and sweet.

Can from the brewer's own stall at Farnham Farmers' Market. Hazy deep gold with a large white head. Nice bright aroma and flavour - pineapple, juicy oranges and over-ripe grapes. The finish isn't quite as good, with some leafy floral notes not quite working with the juice. Nevertheless it's still an enjoyable NEIPA.

Can ordered from the brewery. Hazy-opaque amber-gold. Foamy white head develops a large bald spot. Aroma is fruity sweet with a resinous edge. Flavourwise it has stone fruit with some citrus. Bitter edgevto a wave of sweetness. Marred by a soapy element. Resinous into the finish. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Muted NEIPA. Doesn't quite work.
