Maple Syrup Brown Ale

Characteristics: Malty – Biscuit – Smooth. This unique beer is crafted by using six different malts to create complexity, adding Canadian maple syrup to ensure balance and incorporating dry hops for a citrus and pine aroma.

Can ordered from the brewery. Opaque chestnut brown. Thick foamy light beige head. Aroma has roasted malts. Hints of spice. Feint underlying berries low key maple syrupsweetnes.. Combines or maybe plays-off sour berries with coffee. Vestigial sour milk. Develops sweet caramel into the finish. Light-medium bodied. Slick to oily. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Decent and certainly superior to the other beers I've had from this new local brewery.
