Közös projektünk a cseh Falkon-nal egy zab- és rozsmalátával főzött nem túl erős, de tartalmas IPA, melyet izgalmas cseh komlókkal is hidegkomlóztunk (duplán). 8 évvel ezelőtt főztünk Csehországban egy Univerzum nevű IPA-t velük, a névválasztás innen adta magát. :)

Hazy yellow with an absolutely massive white head. A bit tropical, resin, bitter hops. Full bodied. Not a lot of flavor really. Just bitterness backed by a little citrus fruit. Meh.

Can from Galerie piva, shared with the Raven Fest ppl. Murky golden-yellow body, off-white head. Resinous aroma, NZ herbal notes. Grainy maltiness in the taste, some tropical notes, herbal touches, ends light dry. Very forgettable, which is a surprise coming from these two.

Tap at Falkon 13th BDay shenanigans. Pretty classic NEIPA, lots of haze, full bodied. Rather zesty and bitter, not very juicy. Lots of tropical hops. Good but not great.
