Golden Sour Aged in Wine Barrels with Mangoes
Bottle Release 3/25/23 - $16/500 mL
Mango provides such a bright, fun, tropical flavor! For this batch we paired it with two barrels of our golden sour base. One was more than two years old, bringing acidity and oaky richness. The other, less than a year old brought vibrancy and fresh maltiness. The 330 pound of mango mingles with our citrusy house culture and balances the wood. We hope it puts a smile on your face!

50cl bottle pours a murky gold, wispy head. Nose has bright lime, lemon juice, raw tropicals. High acid, the mango is there but it's very green. Could have used some juiciness. High acid and medium full.
