16 oz. Aroma is latex, grainy, peppery, floral. Pours murky golden with a thick pillowy cream-white head with excellent retention. Taste is lightly bittersweet, finishing dry, with a really nice herbal peppery hop profile. Highly carbonated but creamy mouthfeel. This is amazing. I've never had a beer labeled "Kolsch" this good. Not sure how true to style it is, but it's the thought that counts. Absolutely delicious.
