Kabinet 2022 je wild saison z ječmene, pšenice a špaldy fermentovaný 18 měsíců s divokými kvasinkami Brettanomyces bruxellensis a bakteriemi Lactobacillus delbruecki, dozrávaný se šípky a pampeliškovým květem, pro 13. narozeniny infuzovaný rakytníkem.

Tap at Falkon 13th BDay shenanigans. Med-thin body, despite being muddily hazy. Light barnyard wild character, medium seabuckthorn. A bit minerally. Actually feels watery though, not much going on besides the fruit. Med-light sourness, light bitterness, low sweet, very dry. Boring, considering what it is.

Tap at NaPalmě, huge thanks Vojta! Murky orange body, no head. Sea buckthorn, lightly cheesy, bit minerally, salty, slightly meaty, wild touches... wha. The taste is vaguely fruity, bit meaty and cheesy, mineraly, light and dryish - the sea buckthorn is responsible for some of those notes and as a whole it remains interesting, fun, drinkable.
