On top of a soft, pillowy mouthfeel, we’ve got a knockout trio of hops, with Riwaka leading the charge while Citra and Mosaic bring the all-important support.
We’re getting bursts of fleshy mango, juicy tangerine and crushed pineapple backed up by dank herbal notes and a hit of bright lime zest on the finish.

Bue dans un bar, le Bier-bier à Helsinki, vendue à prix d’or (14,40 € les 40 cl !). Robe blond trouble, joli côté trouble typique du style. Mousse fine, éphémère. Nez expressif, sur les fruits exotiques (mangue, passion, ananas), très engageant. Attaque douce, texture souple et légèrement juteuse. Saveurs tropicales bien marquées, houblonnage aromatique réussi, amertume modérée. L’ensemble est équilibré, gourmand et très bien exécuté. Une NEIPA de qualité, mais à ce tarif-là, on savoure lentement… et une seule fois !
