Brewery draught, 7/19/25.
Clear, bright golden-flax. Small-to-medium-sized, white head, moderate retention.
Fruity with good acidity and a healthy mix of light pine, citrus and tropical fruit with white bread and cracker from the malt to balance. Clean, no resin, alcohol noted.
Soft and malty with good depth and attenuation. Rather VT-style IPA here with excellent balance, lots of stone fruit, unripe tropical fruit and mild citrus. Cleaner yeast character, though still fruity. Ample bitterness. No alcohol noted.
