Clear, bright brass-golden with a small, off-white head.
Fruity, lively, zesty nose with light lactic acid and moderate fruit acidity. Not sugary and doesn't smell of lactose.
Juicy and dry in the mouth with some cracker and biscuit-like notes and a zesty, tart fruitiness. No excess sugar, no syrup or candy. Lingering lactic acidity.
