A waffle cone… lager?! Why yes! We’ve teamed up with the amazing folks at Super Secret Ice Cream (Bethlehem, NH) to bring you a one of a kind lager experience! This beer was made with actual homemade waffle cones from Super Secret, as well as other ingredients they use to make them, such as vanilla beans and flaked wheat from NEK Grains (Waterford, VT). It’s crisp, refreshing, and oh so sweet.

Clear, lighter amber-bronze. Small, off-white head.
Pastry sugar, biscuit/waffle and soft, tasteful vanilla. Hard to tell where the malt starts and adjunct ends. But it doesn't smell TOO sugary or off-putting in any way. That said, it also doesn't smell much like a lager, though obviously that wasn't the idea here.
Lightly sweet, lightly chewy, but decent attenuation. Soft, flavorful vanilla and lightly sweet malt with bready elements and more breakfast-like flavors. Some light bitterness and still a somewhat crisp finish, surprisingly.
