Sparkling Medium Perry
A very, very, very rare single variety perry made with Coppy perry pears; a variety that was rediscovered by Tom Oliver! After a single adult tree – the only one known to exist in the world – was certified as indeed the Coppy, some young trees were grafted, & this is the Perry made from these young trees as well as the old dame.
Melon and subtle pineapple on the nose. Taste is full in the mouth with viscosity and full of melon, pineapple and assorted confectionary as the sweet shop door caught as the shop door swings shut. Mellow tannin and tingling acidity. 750ml. 8.4%.

Nose is tangy pear, hedgerow, straw, apple core.
Taste comprises vinous tones, tarte pair, herb, light spice, damp oak.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close.

Panda a home thanks to Ed Danlo. A clear golden orange coloured pour with a halo of white bubbles that fades to the edges. Aroma is semi sweet, golden apple, tinges of brown sugars, bruised fruit, mild funk apple syrup. Flavour is compose d of semi sweet, semi crisp, goldn apple, floury apple, pithy, light tannin, nice balance. Palate is semi sweet, light tart, balanced, mellow carbonation. Nice stuff.

18/11/2025. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Good pour. Sweet, leathery, perry pear, woody, toffee, tannic, hedgerow. Nice sweet and tart mix. Enjoyed this.

750ml bottle for #rgpm. Golden colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of perry pear, fleshy, caramel hint. Taste is sweetish and tart, perry peary, floral, stone fruity, with alittle acetic funk, barrel aged, caramel & butterscotch notes, some acidity and tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying funky tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
