Ooo that's a great flavor packed wild. Tons of citrus, lemon, orange. Great color. Slightly thick body with a lingering lemony finish.

On tap at Highland Park, pours a cloudy golden with a small tiny white head. Nose is lightly funky, with a punch of tart citrus, light barnyard, a little vinegar, and some odd manure-like character which I think is phenolic : bandaid character. Flavour is bright, with moderately tart citrus, light funk, manure, and then the phenols again. It's not convincing as a lambic, but it's an interesting funky sour of some sort. Good but not all that complex or refined, and definitely flawed with those phenols kicking in. Needs work.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy yellow color with a small white head. A big funky brett nose. The flavor is sweet lemon, woody, vanilla, big brett. Very good.

Bottle shared, gusher. Slight hazy golden with short lasting white head. Nice funk, lemon, peach, soft grass, light sweet dough, soft yoghurt, green apples. Medium sour and under medium sweet. Medium bodied with fine fizzy carbonation. Nice beer since it’s fermented with LA air... Slightly too sweet but overall quite decent.

Bottle shared thanks to Maakun. Very hazy golden with a ring white head. Aroma of citrus, light barnyard funk, green apple and candy notes. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and moderate sour. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Sampled from bottle at kermis’ German trophy tasting. Courtesy of Maakun! Bit of a gusher. Unclear golden with white head. Sour grapes and grapestones, hay, lemon, lactic sour touch. Light sweet and bitter, moderate sour. Medium body, some soft carbonation. Nice stuff.
