Canned 5/9/25, drunk 9/6/25.
Clear, pale BdB. Large, white head, moderate retention.
Earth, mineral, big, round, succulent, white grape. Not the metallic, punchy, overly lactic crap you usually get from this style in America. Soft, chewy, dense wheat with delicate honey and no heavy acidity, yet a pleasing tartness to balance.
Very soft, wheat-heavy, with very chewy textures. Light-bodied, as it should be, with gentle sugars and gentle acidity. Light berry and white grape lingering.
