A hybrid beer, top fermented like an ale, cold conditioned like a lager. Clean and crisp with a lightly floral hop character, gentle orchard fruit notes and a soft crackerbread sweetness. Thirst-quenching and easy-drinking.

Malty, light herbal/spicy notes, smooth finish. Refreshing!

Can. Mitchell’s Wines. Mostly clear medium gold. Half decent swede albeit a little broken and thin. Nose has biscuit malts. Bit of a nutty edge. Fairly pungent earthy floral hop. Taste is pleasantly dry and bitter with some sweetness on the lips. Crisp and bitter overall. Sinkable.
