Uncover the hidden flavors of this hop delight. Crack open Conspiracy Theory and taste the unfiltered truth about Basqueland Hazy IPAs: it's not just good, it's hyper-tropical! It overflows with passion fruit and pineapple and a hint of berries that'll blow your mind.
We brewed this beer on a complex grist of extra pale, flaked oats, raw and malted wheat, and chit barley malts. As you can see, it's all very hazy.
For the aromas, we laid a foundational tropical base with Amarillo and Sabro hops in the whirlpool, which we then amplified with a dry-hop of Mosaic, Galaxy, and Enigma. Enigma? Yeah, the name says it all.
Remember, THEY don't want you to try it.

Cloudy yellowish beer, creamy solid white to off-white head, stable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: lots of citrus, grapefruit, hoppy, a bit grassy, sweet impression, vanilla touch. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: a little dank, resinous hops, good bitterness, sweet touch, fruity, a bit of grapefruit, hoppy, very resinous. Aftertaste: good bitterness, dank hops, resinous, some citrus, grapefruit, very bitter, a little herbal, nice stuff, some tropical fruits, a hint of almonds, more resinous hops, good one!

Panda thanks to Cloin. Almost clear gold beer, small and very short lived off white head. Light palate, semi dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Light bodied pale malts, a light smooth creamy sweetness. Soft cooling pine into a generic hop fruit melange, slightly candy tinted. Fairly dry finish. A bit sweet but goes down okay.
