Základ tvoří Session NEIPA zastudena chmelená Citrou, do které jsme přidali pár litrů šťávy z calamansi – exotického citrusového plodu z Filipín. Studené chmelení v kombinaci s jemným dotekem ovocné šťávy vytváří vrstevnatou souhru citrusových tónů. Jemně snížené pH díky calamansi dodává na pitelnosti a podporuje krásně čerstvý charakter piva.

This light and hazy Session NEIPA was dry-hopped with Citra and finished with a splash of calamansi juice — a wild citrus fruit from the Philippines. The result is a bright, layered citrus expression with soft acidity and an extra refreshing bite. The lowered pH from the calamansi boosts drinkability and gives the beer a zesty, ultra-fresh finish.

Can, thx Ravenfolk! Hazy yellow body, off-white head. Citric, bit lemony, somewhat funky aroma, but okay. Lean, dry taste, citric, but bit meaty, soft, shampoo touches, herbal... quite a bit uneven sadly, somwhat oxidized potentially.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 3.5 | Flavor - 3.5 | Texture - 4 | Overall - 3.5
Med body, med-low carbo.med bitterness, light sweetness. Moderate oxidation, jumping out right out in aroma, not very good. Medium calamansi clashes with a stale hoppiness, overripe, sulfury, cheesy. And as it warms up, it is getting even worse. Simply ungood.
