We’re stoked to present the newest release in our Frenz Collaboration Series: a West Coast Pilsner with our pals from Seattle’s Holy Mountain Brewing. This crisp, hoppy WC Pils is the result of a collaboration as legendary as a night around the fire with Mothman and Thunderbird. With each sip of this unique brew, you will enjoy bright citrus hops, bold West Coast bitterness, and just a hint of Cryptid mayhem.

Pint can. Grassy hop aroma with notes of citrus, floral hops, tangerine and melon. Pours clear pale golden colored with a large white head that has excellent retention and good lacing. Starts with citrus, grassy hops and melon flavors. Finishes crisp and refreshing with tangerine and floral hop flavors. Excellent pils.

16 oz can from a four pack. Picked up at Kaniksu Brewing. Aroma is floral, citrus peel, biscuity malt. Pours lightly hazy golden with lots of floaties and a two finger cream white soapy head with excellent retention, leaving patchwork lace on the glass. Would be a perfect score for appearance if it wasn’t for those unappetizing chunks of sediment floating around. Taste has a moderate drying bitterness with pithy citrus hop character.

16oz can from Brewers Haven. Clear, pale golden pour, foamy white head settles out quickly. Light hoppy aroma, piney, pale malts. Taste is mildly hoppy with a kind of oily feel that dries out slowly.

On tap at Bale Breaker - Seattle, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma has some dusty, earthy hops, light pine, and bready malt. Flavour has some grassy hops, light pine, earthiness, and bready malt. Not the most pronounced or vibrant hop expression; slightly muffled. Disappointing.
