Cask at Pigs Ear. Cleat darkish amber beer, small pale tan head. Airy palate, semi dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Thin bodied malts, some tangy caramel and cream, tangy and thin and not at all sweet. Ripe and slightly tangy fruits. Light and semi dry finish. So so.

Hand pulled half pint, very pale golden body, white crust. Light citrus feel, some malty semi sweetness, getting more bitter with each sip. Decent.

Clear pale gold with a frothy / creamy white head and a very mellow aroma, just a hint of sweet cereal malt and maybe a touch of lemon. Some honey sweetness up front, mellow floral hops, light malt and a touch of bitterness, finishes dry and slightly bitter.
