The world’s most popular style is built from Pilsen malt and Saaz hops: two of the lightest and cleanest beer ingredients. Our version sets itself apart with important distinctions: it’s hopped with Crystal for a nuanced aroma and has just a touch of oats to build its body.

12oz can from Tavour. Foggy golden pour, fizzy white head. Aroma is citrus, lemon, biscuity. Taste is bready and smooth, light lemonade notes with a bit of a dry finish.

Can, eye is perfectly clear pale beer with a foamy white head. Nose is simply clean crisp fresh pilsner. First taste is refreshing and bubbly. Feels good with a good flavor impression up front. Yea, nice stuff in the commencement, maybe I'm just thirsty? Foamy sensation is so amicable going down the throat, almost as much co2 as many kombucha I've tasted. AS the middle approaches, the good character is not subsiding, it just keeps up its friendly attitude. On the end it does lend itself to a little medium length bitter pils processed finish, but overall this a pretty good example of a domestic pilsner, nothing really negative about the whole experience.

Can from Tavour. Pours clear gold with a moderate foamy head. Aroma is lightly bready with a lite spice note. Arguably med body. It's dry and bitter enough for the style. Flavor is bready/grainy with a light spice note and perhaps some citrus. Definitely not a Czech pils.

6 day old can A: Poured hard to a hazy, thick sediment-laden pale gold with a short head that fell quickly to a ring. S: Apple and grape wine notes dominate. T: Tart but also vinous flavor with a dry toast aspect. Still more like kolsch than pils. M: light to medium body with low carbonation level and wet tart finish. O: Not bad but nothing about this says pilsner. Also too murky and flat for kolsch. Unimpressed.
