Reviewed from notes.
Bottle to tulip.
Appearance: glossy yellow to orange color with a one finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: passion fruit, white grapes, some lemon juice and subtle vinous qualities
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas to a find tart to sour to sweet quality; finishes passion fruity with some lemon and vinous tones
Texture: light to medium bodied, leaning to be a sipper; very light smoothness but also enough tart and dry assertive qualities
Overall: pretty good passion fruit tart ale with the sour tone somewhat tame, I'd still come back to this.

Surprise find at new ABC in Orlando this is just the type of brew needed in these parts. Cloudy peachy yellow. Nose is passion fruit and white wine. Taste of passion fruit, apricot, white wine, some oak, lemongrass. Light tartness and refreshing

Bottled July 2017, drunk 8/16/17.
Hazy, pale, straw-golden. Fleeting white head.
Juicy as all hell, as most of these passion fruit sours tend to be (see Night Shift Passion Weisse, anything with passion fruit in it from J. Wakefield, Trillium Miles Away, etc...). Passion fruit certainly does complement the dry, grainy wheat and the tangy, tart lactic acid of a berliner and it's no different here. Very aromatic, practically bursting forth from the glass. Light lactic character in the background, not overdone, nor is the oak. No alcohol or flaw.
Plentiful white wine stemming from the interplay of passion fruit, oak and lactic acid. Hints of lactose and vanilla round out the edges with a dry, lean, but amply-malted body made quenching and crisp on the end thanks to the tight carbonation. Grimm seems like it can "Do No Wrong" when it comes to their Berliner-style sours. They should really collaborate with Night Shift...

Bottle thanks to my mom! Pours a near clear straw yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of passionfruit with grass and a slight tartness. Flavor has a nice tart passionfruit with a light sweetness underlying.

Somewhere: pours a mostly clear pissy gold with white head. Aroma is passionfruit and funkiness. Taste is somewhat sour. Lots of fruitiness. Some beer in there too. Good for what it is. Not much hoppiness or wood in my estimation.

Bottle from Craft Beer Cellar Clayton. Pours a hazy, glowing straw with a big fluffy white head. Big passion fruit and guava nose. Light bergamot lemon. More passion fruit, iyokan & and sunny d tang. Some creamy yogurt notes. I could drink this all day. Great drop.

22 ounce bottle into tulip glass, bottled in 7/2017. Pours moderately hazy pale golden yellow color with a 1 finger dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Light spotty soapy lacing clings around the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of big tart/sour lemon, lime, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, berry, grapefruit, tangerine, peach, apricot, citrus peel, green apple, white wine, hay, straw, grass, oak, pepper, wheat, cracker, and white bread; with lighter notes of leathery/musty funk, white wine vinegar, and yeast/oak earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of fruity/funky/acidic yeast, passion fruit, citrus/fruity/tropical hops, and moderate pale malt/oak notes; with great strength. Taste of big tart/sour lemon, lime, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, berry, grapefruit, tangerine, peach, apricot, citrus peel, green apple, white wine, hay, straw, grass, oak, pepper, wheat, cracker, and white bread; with lighter notes of leathery/musty funk, white wine vinegar, and yeast/oak earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tartness, fruit tang; light yeast/oak spiciness and herbal/grassy/citrus peel bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart/sour lemon, lime, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, berry, grapefruit, tangerine, peach, apricot, citrus peel, green apple, white wine, hay, straw, grass, oak, pepper, wheat, cracker, white bread, light funk/vinegar, and yeast/oak earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/funky/acidic yeast, passion fruit, citrus/fruity/tropical hops, and moderate pale malt/oak flavors; with an awesome malt/tartness and tangy fruit balance, with no puckering flavors after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from tartness/fruit tang. Medium carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately bready/grainy/acidic/tangy, and lightly sticky/tannic balanced mouthfeel that is awesome. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5.3%. Overall this is an outstanding fruited sour/wild ale! All around awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/funky/acidic yeast, passion fruit, citrus/fruity/tropical hops, and moderate pale malt/oak flavors; very smooth and refreshing to drink with the modestly lactic/tangy/drying finish. Awesome mix of passion fruit, Brett, Lacto, and hop complexity. Nice solid malt backbone to balance acidity, and nice overall oak presence. A highly enjoyable offering, and spot on style example.

Bottle shared in Maine - cheers abd. Pours mostly clear gold with a small, foamy white head. Definite, lovely passion fruit aroma, a little white grape. Light sweet flavour with cleansing acidity, more tart and juicy passion fruit, a little lemon. Light bodied with spritzy, massaging carbonation. Quenching finish, with more passion fruit, nice tartness. Solid.
