An exploration of Devon terroir.

Rural method, single orchard blends from different regions in Devon.

This cider represents an organically managed, traditional orchard of the Teign valley, in a village with strong agricultural heritage and cider making history.

Throughout autumn we carefully handpick fruit from traditional orchards, staggering the harvest as the different varieties ripen. Pressed through straw, then slowly wild fermented throughout the winter months before gentle aging in neutral oak barrels.

Clear golden copper with an off white cap that thins to a swirl and retains well as it goes for a cider.

Taste comprises sharp apple, cobwebs, tannins, funk, orchard wood, hay bale.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close with a modest acidic splay.
Solid drop.
