Shaker pint draft at Strawberry Hill Brewing Company in Kansas City, Kansas. The pour is initially hazy, then clear light golden with not much of a white head. The aroma is soft tart sour, grass, wheat and lime. The taste is the lime citrus up front, tartness, wheat, then a slightly dirty earth finish. The palate is light bodied with soft natural carbonation and the dirty tart lime finish.
