We had the absolute honour and pleasure of welcoming Brooklyn’s finest, @otherhalfnyc, to the Palace of Arts for a two-part collaboration series in celebration of our 25th anniversary.
Introducing Part 2:
Permission to Mashup is a New England Pale built on shared rhythm and a modern hop swagger with our friends at Other Half NYC.
Clocking in at 4.6%, it pours a hazy, vibrant yellow with a malt bill packed full of barley, oats, and wheat for that signature smooth, pillowy mouthfeel. Hot side additions of El Dorado & Nelson Sauvin set the tone, delivering a clean, balanced bitterness with subtle flashes of tropical depth.
But it’s the dry hop of El Dorado, Nelson and Nectaron that steals the spotlight - layering in lush bursts of tropical fruit, white grape, and citrus pop.
Permission granted to enjoy this one-off keg and can collaboration with one of the most revered breweries in the world.

440ml can. Murky pale yellow, white head. Aroma of peach, melon, white wine, dank. Taste is super hoppy, lots of peach, melon, white wine, pithy citrus finish and subtle dank herbal notes. Medium bodied. Outstanding pale.
