Onze geliefde moderne interpretatie van een pilsner, minstens 10 weken op tank. Heel koud vergist en nog kouder gelagerd. Het hopprofiel is helemaal anders dan de andere 13 Pilsen met de Duitse Ariana en Sloveense Styrian Dragon & Styrian Golding hop als protagonisten.

Superficial sample from Billie’s craft beer fest 2025. Pale golden body under a white head. Rather ordinary pilsner with a bit extra on the hop side, fruity and grassy. Decent bitterness.

On tap at Billie's Craft Beer Festival. A quite standard craft pils, clean, with a nice hop profile and a bit sweet but still kind of crisp maltyness. Sure not bad. 647413

Pretty clear light yellow beer, small creamy irregular white head, unstable, falls down quickly, a bit adhesive. Aroma: very malty, grains, a hint of banana, some citrus fruit, a bit zesty, grapefruit. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice, clean malty start, good bitterness, herbal touch, some citrus, a hint of tropical fruits even. Aftertaste: fruity, pretty bitter, grassy, a little malty, zesty, some grapefruit.
