Panda courtesy of Theydon_Bois, cheers Colin! Orangey coppery golden colour, white foam rim and aroma of apple, funk, leather. Taste is tart, tangy, ripe appley, caramel, with acetic funk, orchard floor, herbal notes, and drying tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry funky tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
