Panda courtesy of Theydon_Bois, cheers Colin! Orangey coppery golden colour, white foam rim and aroma of apple, funk, leather. Taste is tart, tangy, ripe appley, caramel, with acetic funk, orchard floor, herbal notes, and drying tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry funky tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Bottle at home, from Cork and Crown, 07/02/2026.
Golden copper topped with a frothy off white head that soon vanishes.
Nose is tarte apple, vinous, toffee, herb, touch of glue.
Taste comprises tangy apple, caramel, tannins, herb, light funk.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close.
Decent funky drop.
