Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso resta attratto dall'orzo. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma non è molto persistente. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido appare opalescente. Bollicine fini costituiscono la forma del perlage con una velocità di risalita effervescente. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è rotondo. Il dolce è pesante. L'amaro è poco incisivo. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo è sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di facile beva. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è delicato. Sulla lingua si definiscono impressioni di caramello, miele, cereali, nocciola e frutta secca.

Bottled 500ml (from the brewery). Copper colour, steady off-white head. Aroma is sweet malty with some chocolate in it. Light-bodied. Caramalt and chocolate malt in the flavour. No much hoppyness but clean brew.

0,5l bottle from Rimi, Riga. Mid brown hazy beer with huge and quite stable head. Aroma has lots of malts and some caramel and dark plums. Flavor has malts, some herbs and even honey. Maybe some hint of fruits also. Medium body, nice Latvian style beer. Quite sweet though.

0.5 resealable bottle. Smell- weak, malt, caramel. Foam-thin, large in mouth, some muffled bitter roast notes. Head is large, brown, yellow, creamy coffee foam color. Appearance- half hazy orange, brown amber, no carbonation. Taste- weak muffled citrus, malt, yeast, some weak roast and caramel, some bitter notes in background but very weak. Simple, drinkable dark beer, but nothing special.

Draft at Beer House No 1. Cloudy amber brown color tan head. Aroma of sourdough bownies and soap. Taste is lightly tart brown bread.

500ml Bottle - Brown in colour. Nuts, brown sugar, bread and some slightly roasted notes in the aroma. Nutty, moderately fruity and slightly sweet with notes of toffee, nuts and rye bread. Enjoyable enough.
