375 bottle. Pours a clear golden color. The aroma is medium in strength with Bourbon, honey and some apples. The taste mirrors the aroma as the bourbon character is front and center. Apples and honey play a minor supporting role. Palate is a bit sticky. Finishes long. Overall: I really loved the bourbon character, it really come through.

Bottled. Clear, bright golden, still. Generous buttery bourbon and apple aroma. Very sweet with full body and rounded mouthfeel. Cinnamon apples and bourbon, honey takes the backseat. Warming finish.

A golden mead with aroma of sweet honey with light maple notes. In mouth, sweet honey with light vanilla, light maple, alcohol warmth, very nice.
