Volfas Engelman beer brand has been enriched by "BOHEMIJOS Dark", a beer velvety dark but at the same time soft, so perfect for summer evenings. Caramelized malt gives this beer a luxurious mahogany colour, which is accompanied by its light and pleasant sweetish taste. This is a Bohemian style dark beer. Bottoms up!

Brown colour and small beige head. Mild caramelly nose. Light-bodied. Caramel, toastyness in the flavour. Cardboardish hops. Industrial vibe.

Unclear dark brown with a stable fluffy beige colored head. Candy sugar, roasted malt, some citrus, breadcrumbs. Sugary sweetness, some dry bitterness. Light bodied, watery texture, soft to lively carbonated, dry sugary malty sweet finish. Not that bad for what it is, pretty much reminds me of the East German dark lagers with added sugar syrup.

Huge thanks to WillemsUrenkel for that one! Can looks really good. Beer in the glass dark brown, huge head. Sweetish malty aroma. Starts roasty-malty, some earthy notes, more and more sweetish, some lacto, some sweets. Finish could be more balanced. Okay...

Can 56,8 cl. Pours a clear, reddish brown with a nice, creamy and lacing, beige head. Faint toffee aroma - if any. Medium body, sweet caramel with a discreet hint of roast, again toffee. Next to no bitterness. Immensely drinkable - like a Danish Tafelbeer almost (Hvidtøl). 090125

1 Imperial Pint can from the Mix Markt in town. Clear red brown in the glass with a two finger foamy light beige head. Looks really good. Smooth sweet malty aroma with caramel. Taste starts malty, some sweetness, increasing light toasted with a soft bitterness. Bready. Below average carbonation. Way better than expected.

568ml can from mini Mix supermarket, Rue Gray in Etterbeek. F: big, tan, good retention. C: dark with coppery hue against the light, clear. A: light roasted tones, bready, bit caramel. T: light malty base, bready, bit roasted tones, caramel, berries touch, bit more on the sweet side but velvety mouthfeel is nice, not bad.
