Bottle brought the Chapel Hill Summer tasting.
Transparent, dusty gold, suddy soda pour.
Sharp, spiced, ice wine, major acetone nose.
Bittersweet n sour, lemon iced tea, way too much cider vinegar, residual floral honey.
Tart, super vinegary, belly burn.
Overrated brewery.

Bottle thanks to SaltyGrog: Poured a murky yellow with a bubble head. Aroma pungent, floral, honey, dusty. Taste is very tangy, honey, acidic, very burning.

Plenty of honey and tannic notes. I love the fun and experimental-ness of this. Sure picked up a lot of the oak and wine notes from the barrel and I dig the still vibes.
