375 ml bottle. Thank you Clarkvv on the share. Aroma is cow dung and minerals. Flavor of lemon zest, straw, cow dung, malt. Pretty good!

Bottle drunk 11/1/25.
Poop! Nice to see these guys had some wild yeast and or bugs in their culture. Mostly farm animal excrement and minimal human baby diaper.
Cracker, lemon, lemongrass. Waxy, funky, super dry tropical fruit and good Sacch. Light vanilla and still a chewy texture to the body.

Pours a hazy watery amber from a can, big pillowy head. Tart farmhouse notes, lemon and hay. Good beer.
