A pale ale! Brewed with all of our favorite IPA techniques, but lower ABV. Flaked barley and wheat, pils malt and oats round out the body. We used Citra on the hot side and a blend of Citra, Krush, Simcoe and Chinook for the dry hop. We get Orange cream, peach and melon with mild floral/leafy vine shoots.

Can (7/20/25) from trade with CLW--thanks, Chris! Cloudy, bright yellow with nice sparkle, thin head with good retention and nice, soapy lacing. Aroma is citrus, orange, hint of herbal/vegetal, background wheat cracker. Taste is citrus, orange, mild wheat, pils malt. Smooth, frothy texture, medium bodied, lively carbonation, dry, yeasty cracker with light bitter finish. Good complexity

16 oz can. Aroma of flaked wheat and mild pils malt. Flavor has a Solid amount of citrus with soft cooking herbs and mild florals in the finish. Body is a little chewy from oats, but still light and crisp. Older can date that shows no sign of age. Awesome.

Draught at the Girard location: pours hazy yellow with white head. Aroma is light pine, berry, light citrus, some piña. Taste is sweetish with a light bitterness at the end.
