Holy shit this is crazy stuff. Dark brown pour. The most the intense banana I’ve encountered. Nose is all banana bread. Tatses of chocolate, banana, bready, sugar bourbon. This is crazy intense. Happy to have tried but can’t finish but still i like, is that weird?

Canned 3/14/25, shared by Jow on 8/28/25.
Clear? Dark. Small, light tan head.
Vanilla, banana, light bourbon or whiskey. That's authentic banana. It's creamy, sweet and well-done. Soft and mild, well-aged on the end.
Soft, sweet, lightly toasty and chocolatey. Fudge, vanilla, sweet banana. Oaky and banana dominated. Good bitterness and such but yeah, at five months the banana should be a bit less dominant. Not boozey or syrupy but it's very banana bready.

Can. Brewed on August 30, 2024. Nearly opaque black/brown pour with a medium sized tan head that quickly fizzes away. The aroma is strong with toasted banana, vanilla and some whiskey barrel. The taste has bananas in the forefront, followed by baking chocolate, vanilla and whiskey barrel. Bitterness is minimal. The palate is oily and coats the mouth well. Finishes long and semisweet with banana lingering on forever. Overall: You want something different? I've got your fucking different--right here.
