750ml wired cork bottle from Willie Smiths. Opened with a pop. Golden colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of apple, funk, earthy. Taste is sweetish, juicy, appley, fleshy fruity, with caramel, earthy funk, wood, some tartness and drying tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
