Just as tart, twice as peachy!

Double Peach Tart is a tart session beer constructed to be a refreshing, easy-drinking beer with a zippy amount of acidity and a dry body. It is brewed with a significant amount of wheat in the grist bill and conditioned upon a hefty dose of fresh peach purée.

After resting for several weeks in stainless steel, it is imparted with a tight and spritzy carbonation. Double Peach Tart features a tantalizing acidity balanced by notes of peach jam, plain yogurt, peach crumble bars, and subtle funk. Sweet juicy stone fruit notes give way to a clean finish, eschewing bracing sourness, with hints of white wheat and cracker malt gracing the palate. Enjoy!

16 oz can. Aroma shows bold, juicy peach. Flavor has a backbone of soft wheat. The peach juice is bold and shows a mild lasting tartness that lingers slightly after the sip. Nothing too complex here but it taste really good. It is nicely balanced. This is alcoholic peach juice.

Pours a lightly hazy, pale golden yellow, with minimal head. Aroma is sour peach and more sour peach. Flavor follows. Mouthfeel is pretty clean and crisp.

Charlton draught, 8/12/25.
Peachy-bronze. Clear. Small, off-white head steadily to edge.
All sorts of authentic peach components. Floral, juicy, lightly tannic, gently acidic. Minimal lactic character and a nutty, staunch wheat that keeps things on the softer side.
Very peachy. Dry from the start with little/no lactic character. Let's the peach do the talking. It's no whole fruit sour, of course, but it's right below that in terms of quality of peach. Good balance. Not too tart, not too sweet.
