Forever Fest is a craft lager that blends the best of two classic German beer styles: Festbier and Helles. It pours a brilliant golden hue with a soft, lingering white foam that sets the tone for a clean, refreshing drinking experience.
On the nose, you’ll catch light aromas of toasted bread and honey, suggesting just a touch of malt sweetness. But this isn’t a heavy beer…its light body makes it crushable and highly drinkable, perfect for long afternoons and sunny festival hangs.
The hop character is where Forever Fest really shines. It features a blend of Saaz and whole cone Hallertau Mittelfrüh, two classic noble hops known for their refined, floral profiles. The Hallertau addition brings an elevated, almost tea-like aroma, while the Saaz hops contribute a crisp bitterness and delicate citrusy finish.

American Sardine Bar: pours good with a white head. Aroma is light caramel and bread. Clean and easy to drink. Not very eventful.

Pour is a hazy gold with a large white head. Aroma is odd I get a bit of strawberry. Flavor is a jumbled mix of fruit, green onion and cracker malt. This smelled and tasted nothing like it is supposed to. Maybe I got an off can but this was pretty poor.

Draught @ George Keeley, Manhattan NYC (May 2025). Clear golden yellow with foamy off-white head, bread aroma, medium carbonation, sweetish taste with honey flavor and caramel, thin body, long finish. Not bad.
