On tap at Threefold. Pours a hazy light blonde with a white head. Rustic yeast and spicy Czech hops on the nose. Flavour is a pretty interesting combination of rustic notes from the farmhouse yeast and the crisp, spicy grass of a Czech pilsner. Very nicely executed.

473 ml can. Pours a dull pale gold with light head. Aromas of lemons, a bit of corn, floral yeasts and biscuity malts. Flavors follow same with a little spice and more defined pilsner malts. Refreshing.

Dec 07, 2025 (7/3/7/3/14=3.4): Poured from 473mL can (pkg 07/25/2025). Clear blonde gold with small white head. Still readily available despite being in my fridge for a while. Saison yeast, feint lemon pepper, clean and dry. With age, it's a touch simplistic, but still holds up in some aspects.
Aug 23, 2025 (7/3/7/4/15=3.6): Poured from the tap @ Threefold. Hazy yellow with small white head. Light lemon, saison yeast, soft background saaz hops. Light and easy drinking, would be a nice pool beer.

Hazy and pale. Light, yeasty aroma. Some florals. It's mild on the palate, with light hop. Solid, I'll want to revisit this one for a re-rate.

On tap at Farmhouse Fest 2025, pours a cloudy yellowish blonde with a a small white head. Aroma has plenty of rustic saison yeast, spicy Saaz hops, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is dry, like a blend between an aged saison and Czech Pilsner, with grassy hops, spicy Saaz hops, and crisp biscuity malt. Spicy, dry, and rustic. Clean and spicy. Very good.
